We are challenging to solve many business problems based on machine learning/mathematical modeling and various other technologies.
The core of our company lies in our technical capabilities. The majority of our management team has engineering backgrounds, and we have about 100 student members who belong to various research laboratories at the University of Tokyo, so we are always in touch with cutting-edge knowledge from university laboratories and other sources.

Due to an increase in development projects from our clients, we are looking for a new project manager candidate who will apply various technologies to business issues and lead a team to implement solutions.

＜Responsibilities＞
We are looking for a new project manager who can lead a team to implement solutions by applying various technologies to business issues.
Hearings on client issues and identification of issues to be resolved (in conjunction with the account manager)
Study of solution methods, definition of requirements for deliverables
・Project planning and progress
・Research and follow-up testing of papers
・Examination and implementation of original methodologies
The account manager will seek the best solution method for the customer's issue that the account manager has interviewed, and will also define the requirements when it falls under system development (the account manager will be the main person to deal with the customer, but will also communicate with the customer during the implementation phase).
*Teams of 3 to 6 people per project
*We will first ask you to participate in a project as a member, and eventually you will be entrusted with multiple projects as a PM, including supporting members, so please do not worry if you have no PM experience!

 The successful candidate will be responsible for a number of projects, and after working as a PM on multiple projects, will be expected to take on the following roles as an engineering leader to strengthen the organization as a whole.
・In addition to your own projects, as a team leader, you will be responsible for following up and quality control of projects that are assigned to early career members.
・As a senior manager, project manager for projects that are challenging or large in scale

・Development of a used car price and demand forecasting platform using machine learning (automating and increasing the accuracy of used car appraisal work previously performed by appraisers)
・Optimization of foreign currency exchange machine profits using machine learning (presentation of transaction rates that maximize expected profits and detection of money laundering using facial image recognition).
・Development and verification of a system that covers all the functions required for unmanned vessels in order to realize the world's first unmanned vessels in congested waters at an early stage (a consortium of 27 Japanese companies, including 45 partner companies, is currently participating in a cooperative project involving various organizations in Japan and overseas).

・Development of an engine to detect suspicious movement by combining multiple image recognition algorithms
