We will be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in October 2022, and the number of inquiries from our customers is increasing year by year. We are expanding our development organization for further business expansion.
In most cases, AI-related development projects are ultimately delivered as web systems that can be operated by users, and opportunities for web engineers to play an active role are expanding rapidly.


■Job Description
＜Responsibilities＞
The following tasks are assigned to development projects with 2 to 5 members and a development period of 3 to 6 months.
・Basic design, detailed design
・Selection of technology
・Implementation (100% in-house development)
Since the development is done by a small number of people, members with full-stack skill sets are active without narrowing down their areas of responsibility.

＜Features of development projects＞
We receive orders at relatively high unit prices for projects in areas that require a wide range of technologies and have few competitors due to their high degree of difficulty, such as the development of web systems with AI engines for image recognition, OCR, natural language processing, etc., new development of products with complex functions, and enhancement and data analysis using mathematical models.

＜Able to experience the development of diverse technology stacks in a short span of time.＞
We are able to deal directly with end-clients for almost all projects, and we select the most appropriate technology for each project and work on development, so you can work on a Laravel project for 3 months, serverless application development with Nest.js + Aurora for 6 months, front-end development with React for 3 months, etc. In this way, you can experiment with various languages, frameworks, and architectures. By working in a wide range of domains, you can hone your skills as a full-stack engineer or IT architect.
We also have a (loose) standard technology stack for new development, so you can focus on learning a specific technology.
