Job Description

■Recruitment Background
We will be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in October 2022, and the number of inquiries from our customers is increasing year by year. We are expanding our development organization for further business expansion.
In most cases, AI-related development projects are ultimately delivered as web systems that can be operated by users, and opportunities for web engineers to play an active role are expanding rapidly.

■Job Description
＜Responsibilities＞
The following tasks are assigned to development projects with 2 to 5 members and a development period of 3 to 6 months.
・Basic design, detailed design
・Selection of technology
・Implementation (100% in-house development)
Since the development is done by a small number of people, members with full-stack skill sets are active without narrowing down their areas of responsibility.

＜Features of development projects＞
We receive orders at relatively high unit prices for projects in areas that require a wide range of technologies and have few competitors due to their high degree of difficulty, such as the development of web systems with AI engines for image recognition, OCR, natural language processing, etc., new development of products with complex functions, and enhancement and data analysis using mathematical models.

＜Able to experience the development of diverse technology stacks in a short span of time.＞
We are able to deal directly with end-clients for almost all projects, and we select the most appropriate technology for each project and work on development, so you can work on a Laravel project for 3 months, serverless application development with Nest.js + Aurora for 6 months, front-end development with React for 3 months, etc. In this way, you can experiment with various languages, frameworks, and architectures. By working in a wide range of domains, you can hone your skills as a full-stack engineer or IT architect.
We also have a (loose) standard technology stack for new development, so you can focus on learning a specific technology.

■Development Environment
・Main languages
　- TypeScript(JavaScript), python, PHP, Rust, C++
・Major databases
　- Aurora, MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB
・Frameworks
　- Nest.js, React, React Native, vue.js, Laravel
・Server OS
　- Linux

＜Features of Development＞
All development after receiving an order is done by in-house engineers, so we are accumulating a lot of know-how. This is one of the reasons why we insist on 100% in-house development.

＜Team Atmosphere＞
We have many specialists in each field who are constantly improving themselves by adopting the latest technologies. We have a flat corporate culture where we can consult with each other regardless of position or project, so we can continue to learn from the specialist engineers around us on a daily basis. We have a culture of "ask someone if you don't understand something after thinking about it for 10 minutes," and there is a comfortable atmosphere of mutual support throughout the organization.

■Working Environment
・Remote work system (80% of employees work remotely)
・Introduction of flextime system
・Provision of Claude Max and GitHub Copilot accounts
・Subsidy for purchasing technical books
・Subsidies for acquisition of qualifications
・In-house study sessions held
・Concurrent/secondary jobs OK
・Free dress code

＜You can adjust your own work style and pace of growth.＞
The choice of whether to come to the office or work remotely is left up to each individual, so you can realize the work style best suited to you. Even now, about 80% of our employees work fully remotely.
In addition, the average overtime hours for engineers in the company in the last fiscal year was 5 hours/month, with very little overtime.
Even if overtime work is required, the hourly wage does not decrease as you work more because we have adopted a system in which the salary increases as the number of hours you work increases.
The volume of assignments will be adjusted according to your own declaration, so if you are willing to work some overtime (as long as it does not violate the law) and want to gain more development experience, such assignments are also available.

■Career Path
＜Career development with a high degree of freedom＞
You can flexibly develop your career, including changing your job title, according to the direction of your interests, such as mastering technology as a web engineer, expanding your career as an engineer who can develop both web and AI, moving to the management of members as a manager, or moving to the business side such as making proposals to customers. You can flexibly develop your career, including changing your job title, in accordance with the direction of your interests.
