In order to keep up with this speed, it is essential to keep oneself interested in the technology and keep learning.
Even if you have an accurate grasp of business issues, classic technology alone will not bring about innovation.
What we are looking for is an engineer who is willing to continue learning while working.
We are looking for engineers who are interested in a wide range of technologies, including machine learning, AI, image recognition, and natural language processing, as well as the technologies we are currently dealing with,
We would like to work with people who are interested in not only the current technologies but also a wide range of technologies such as machine learning, AI, image recognition, and natural language processing, and who are willing to keep learning new things.

Both Mr. Mori, the president of pluszero, and Mr. Nagata, the vice president of pluszero, are engineers who have completed doctoral courses. They are also involved in joint research and developing business solutions.

＜Responsibilities＞
In this position, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from formulating policies related to the study of methods, research, and implementation, to implementation.
In addition, you will be responsible for following up with other members of the team, so we expect you to contribute to the team as well as your own individual performance.
・Research and study of methods based on data (based on papers, we also reproduce the described implementations)
・Implementation and improvement of the studied methods (after implementation, testing and improvement of the engine based on the errors found).
・The languages used are mainly Python. Languages used are mainly Python, but also Java, Javascript, C++, Rust, etc.

There are various projects in the company, such as natural language processing, image processing, OCR, data analysis, and mathematical model development.
In addition, the recent trend is to receive requests to develop systems that incorporate AI engines as a set, and more and more members with diverse technical expertise are working as a single team.
Many sharp members with a high level of expertise in various specific areas are active in this field.

・Development of a used car price and demand forecasting platform using machine learning (automating and increasing the accuracy of used car appraisal work previously performed by appraisers)
・Optimization of foreign currency exchange machine profits using machine learning (presentation of transaction rates that maximize expected profits and detection of money laundering using facial image recognition).
・Development and verification of a system that covers all the functions required for unmanned vessels in order to realize the world's first unmanned vessels in congested waters at an early stage (a consortium of 27 Japanese companies and 45 domestic and overseas organizations, including partner companies, are participating in cooperative projects).
