■Business Overview
This publicly listed company has its core business in catalog and online sales of medical products. It continues to expand its operations, including sales of large equipment for dental clinics, CAD/CAM operations, and the export of medical products overseas. The company's products are delivered to approximately 60,000 dental clinics across Japan, holding the top market share in toothbrush sales and dental mail-order sales within the dental industry. Additionally, the company boasts business relationships with over 95% of dental clinics nationwide.

■Recruitment Background
In 2023, one of Japan's largest logistics centers was completed, and we are currently focusing on internal digital transformation (DX), including infrastructure and system development. Against this backdrop, we are seeking new team members to join us.

■Job Description
As an in-house engineer responsible for maintaining and developing the company's infrastructure (servers/networks), you will engage in tasks such as:
- Managing internal LAN and VPN systems
- Building virtual servers using VMware
- Operating and managing virtual servers
- The current system department consists of 6 members in development and 7 members in operations.
（Scope of Work: Tasks defined by company operations.）

- Multinational staff from countries such as China,  South Korea, Mongolia, the Philippines, Vietnam,  Bangladesh, and Japan.

Future goals include entering the electric business and offering comprehensive solutions, such as credit card terminals for dental clinics. Additionally, in September last year, the company relocated to one of Japan's largest logistics centers, where shipment capacity is expected to grow by three to four times.
