【Current Challenges】

To address the subsequent demand, the company is recruiting an individual to lead multiple projects and take responsibility for building the consulting team organization.

【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for consulting and management duties related to the AI × PaaS service that supports enterprise utilization of Generative AI.
<Project Examples>
・Promoting projects for the analysis and structuring of manuals and regulations using Generative AI.
・Streamlining and advancing new business planning and use-case exploration using Generative AI.
・Supporting the advancement of organizational planning processes using AI $\times$ SaaS.
*Furthermore, in the medium term, the company expects you to create new business models that transcend existing frameworks.

【Specific Responsibilities】
・Overseeing multiple projects as the project lead for business development, consulting, and PoC (Proof of Concept) initiatives utilizing Generative AI.
　・Analyzing utilization challenges and building hypotheses regarding enterprise use of Generative AI and AI services.
　・Planning and creating the grand design for Generative AI solutions.
　・Delivering Generative AI projects (from requirements definition $\rightarrow$ design/development $\rightarrow$ testing/implementation $\rightarrow$ adoption).
・Team Management
　・Recruiting senior consultants and potential partners.
　・Driving company-wide promotion of consulting methodologies and asset development.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 *Meet all of the following ・2+ years of experience in system conceptualization to implementation consulting at a consulting firm ・1+ years of experience as a team lead or more in system implementation projects with high flexibility in requirement definition and design, such as SCM and ERP, or 1+ years of experience in strategic consulting. ・Experience in IT solution planning and grand design 【PReferred】・Experience in upstream projects such as strategy and conceptual projects ・Experience in projects involving cutting-edge generative AI, LLM, and RAG ・Experience working on projects in the manufacturing industry 【Ideal Applicants】・Interested in generative AI ・Willing to create a new career in in-house product + consulting based on experience at a consulting firm ・Able to proactively set client issues and accompany them through to resolution <Others> ・Able to live in Japan ・Able to communicate smoothly in Japanese, including technical details related to development. 　Guideline: Daily conversational level

Working Condition

【About remote work】
■Basically, fully remote work
　Residence must be in Japan (no full remote work while residing overseas)
■Flexible remote/working options (no restrictions on the number of times you can come to the office)
　Each employee works while using the system according to his/her own circumstances.
