【Job Description】
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to handle the design of various production equipment used in automotive and component manufacturing. Projects range from fully custom designs—including material selection and precision evaluation—to adapting existing designs for part changes during vehicle model updates. Many projects involve close collaboration with end-users to ensure the designs meet their requirements. Tasks are typically divided among teams of 1 to 3 members, depending on the project.

In the future, you may also be entrusted with management responsibilities, such as task allocation and providing design direction to team members.

◆Key Features of the Role:
- Collaborate with customers to create products that meet their needs. Leverage technical expertise to design and develop new products that could serve as a future pillar of the business.
- Handle all stages of the design process, including:
1. Specification discussions
2. Concept design
3. Design review (DR)
4. Detailed design
5. Part drawing creation
6. On-site demonstrations
Work closely with the sales team and customers throughout the entire process.

Automotive body welding lines and jigs, automated machinery, and production equipment for manufacturers.
We have also started designing special-purpose vehicles such as carrier cars.

◆Onboarding
Training is provided as needed, depending on individual skills. For example, recent hires with no prior experience underwent two months of classroom training under the guidance of a dedicated in-house instructor.
