【Job Description】
You will initially be responsible for tasks as a "Pachislot Sub-Control Programmer." In the future, you may leverage your Vietnamese language skills to serve as a "Bridge Engineer," coordinating with our offshore base in Vietnam.
This position offers an environment where you can adapt to technological advancements and regulatory changes while acquiring valuable knowledge about the industry.


【Key Responsibilities】
－Developing control programs for pachislot features and effects
－Creating development support tools
－Coordinating and facilitating meetings with offshore teams
－Explaining design specifications to offshore teams
－Managing offshore programmers
－Business trips to Vietnam
Unlike typical bridge engineers, this role involves long-term programming responsibilities. This makes it an ideal position for candidates who want to utilize their language skills while continuously honing their technical expertise.


【Work Environment】
◆Assigned Team: Sub-Main Software Team
The team consists of 8–12 members on average, with project durations of approximately 20–24 months.
◆Support After Joining:
Experienced engineers with a deep knowledge of the gaming industry will mentor and guide you.
◆Languages:
Japanese (for the Japan office) and Vietnamese (for communication with offshore teams).


【Development Environment】
■In-house Development Machines:
Windows desktop computers with specs including a Core i7 CPU, 16GB RAM, 500GB SSD, and 2TB HDD, paired with dual 24-inch displays.
■Remote Work Machines:
Separate equipment provided for remote work.
■Development Methods:
Agile or chosen per project.
■Development Tools:
Redmine, Git, Subversion.
■Platforms:
Linux, Windows, Eclipse.
■Performance Review System:
Annual goal setting and feedback evaluations.
