Required Skills and Experiences
■Required ・Experience in designing and building systems based on cloud architecture best practices ・Experience with initiatives for continuous development and stable system operation, such as CI/CD, observability, and performance optimization ・Experience making technical decisions with long-term flexibility and maintainability in mind, including anticipated future system changes ・Experience implementing with statically typed languages (e.g., Go, C/C++, Java, Rust, Scala) while leveraging the unique characteristics of each language ・Ability to hypothesize and isolate the root cause of issues in unfamiliar systems ・A willingness to build systems that meet high security requirements ・Interest in and ongoing curiosity about technologies that make up blockchain systems ■Preferred ・SRE-level experience in environments with high security requirements, such as financial institutions or FinTech companies ・Work experience related to distributed systems ・Experience promoting technical advocacy or recruitment activities in the engineering domain ・Operational experience with large-scale applications or high-traffic services ・Experience publishing or contributing to open-source software (OSS) ・Development experience related to blockchain ■Ideal Applicants ・Able to assess the current state and define the ideal future architecture, building robust systems accordingly ・Able to evaluate the balance between business, organization, and technology, and articulate what should be done from a technical perspective ・Able to collaborate with engineers and tech leads across the company to foster a strong development culture ・Proactively enhance technical skills and lead the creation of an optimal development environment and organization to build high-quality systems ・From the perspective of SRE, able to drive company-wide improvements by addressing security, cost, and performance considerations
