Required Skills and Experiences

■Qualifications■ Must-have Requirements Ability to perform duties as a software engineer using English Work experience in a Japanese environment with Japanese language proficiency equivalent to N1 level At least 4 years of practical experience in web application development Preferred Skills & Experiences Experience leading a development team Experience designing, developing, and operating a service from scratch Development experience using Ruby on Rails

Working Condition

■Salary■
Expected Annual Salary: ¥5,600,000 - ¥12,350,000 (determined individually based on experience and qualifications)
Example 1: Annual salary of ¥5,600,000
Monthly salary: ¥467,000 (Basic salary: ¥346,000 + fixed overtime allowance: ¥122,000)
Example 2: Annual salary of ¥12,350,000
Monthly salary: ¥1,030,000 (Basic salary: ¥763,000 + fixed overtime allowance: ¥268,000)
Please note that fixed overtime allowance of ¥122,000 or ¥268,000 is provided for 45 hours of overtime, regardless of actual overtime worked. Additional overtime pay is provided for hours exceeding 45 hours.

Probation Period: 3 months
Work Location: Tokyo Office (3 minutes walk from Osaki Station), 1-2-2 Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Art Village Osaki Central Tower 21F
Working Hours: Discretionary labor system for professionals (8 hours per day, deemed working hours)
Holidays:  Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, New Year's holidays,Paid Leave (granted upon hire), Sick Leave (paid, 6 days per year)
Visa Support: Available
Insurance: Employment insurance, workers' compensation, welfare pension, health insurance
Smoking Policy: No smoking indoors
