Job Description

A technology solution that supports contract work using AI technology, officially released in April 2019, is growing at an astounding rate, with the number of companies that have installed it surpassing 3,000 (as of August 2023), and more and more companies are interested in The number of companies interested in the product is increasing.
In addition, the company's AI contract management system has received a great deal of feedback since its official release in January 2021, and the number of companies that have introduced the system has exceeded 800 (as of March 2023).

The CSIRT Section is responsible for security quality control and vulnerability management, security monitoring, and security incident response to reduce the likelihood of security incidents at the company, detect signs early, and minimize the damage caused. They are looking for a person who can lead these measures.

【Responsibilities】
・You will lead one or more of the following activities related to security quality control and vulnerability management, security monitoring, and security incident response.
 (*Note that critical security alerts and security incidents may require overnight or holiday response.)

・Security Quality Control and Vulnerability Management
　- Implement or support technical security quality control and vulnerability management for products and business systems
　- Assessment and implementation support of vulnerability assessment tools for product environments
　- Review and implementation support of SASE solutions for business system environments, etc.

・Security Monitoring
   - Monitoring and initial response to security alerts, etc.
   - Selection and implementation of XDR and MSS (Managed Security Service)
   - Design and upgrade monitoring and detection logic to enhance security response
   - Maintenance and operation of security monitoring infrastructure, etc.

・Security Incident Response
   - Implement or support security incident response
   - Establishment and upgrading of security incident response systems and processes
   - Support for security incident response training, etc.

【Attractiveness of this position】
・It is possible to discuss security measures directly with developers on the product side and system administrators on the business system side.
・The company's business system area is cloud-native and the system architecture is based on the ZTA concept, so it is possible to adopt and handle new ideas and solutions.

Required Skills and Experiences

Required 3+ years of experience in one of the following ・Security consulting ・Security monitoring, monitoring design, upgrading, and operation and maintenance of monitoring infrastructure ・Security incident response and system/process development Preferred ・Experience in project management ・Understanding of security risk assessment ・Understanding of standards and frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, CIS Controls ・Experience in selection, implementation and operation of security products or services such as XDR, MSS, SIEM, CSPM, etc. ・Experience in implementation and operation of network security measures such as FW, IDS/IPS, WAF, SWG/CASB ・Experience in building and operating systems using cloud environments such as AWS and GCP Ideal Applicants ・Able to propose security measures based on the results of security risk assessments ・Able to take the technical lead on security in each project ・Able to communicate smoothly with internal stakeholders ・Able to create documents and text communication using technical writing ・Have technical curiosity and be able to catch up with new technologies on your own
