Officially released in April 2019, the company's contract review platform is growing at an astounding rate, with the number of companies that have installed it surpassing 3,500 (as of December 2023), and more and more companies are interested in using it.
In addition, the AI contract management system has received a lot of positive feedback since its official release in January 2021, and the number of companies that have installed the system has exceeded 1000 (as of November 2023).

In this position, you will be responsible for a QA Engineer position that takes ownership in the product development organization to visualize and improve the external quality of the product and the internal quality and productivity of the development team.

QA activities are not limited to release validation. QA engineers are involved in the entire process of quality assurance from requirements definition to release, and are challenged with balancing this with the phenomenal speed of growth.
QA engineers belong to individual organizations and help build quality from the very beginning of the functional development process.

【Your Role】
■Mission
- Establish, manage, and improve necessary quality activities based on a correct understanding of the market needs and quality requirements to be met by the product.
- Support engineers who focus on speed and build quality by visualizing quality.
- Lead project reviews and take responsibility for improving quality and productivity in the next phase of development through shift-left quality builds.
- Raise the quality awareness and skills of the development team

■Responsibilities
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
- Organizing requirements based on market needs from a quality perspective and proposing improvements as necessary
- Reviewing and pointing out upstream documents from a quality perspective
- Designing and executing tests based on requirements specifications and other upstream documents
- Propose and execute quality and productivity improvement measures in line with product policies and plans
- Establishment and measurement of quality-related KPI
- Defect analysis and planning of improvement measures

Required Skills and Experiences

Required - JSTQB Certified Testing Engineer Foundation Level or entry-level software quality engineer certification, or equivalent experience - Basic Information Technology Engineer certification or equivalent with comprehensive engineering knowledge - Experience developing and executing test plans for development projects of several man-months or more in size - Experience with software development flow for modern web applications (e.g. Git, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.) - Knowledge of incremental team development practices such as Agile and Scrum development - Language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 Preferred - JSTQB Certified Test Engineer certification Advanced Level Test Analyst certification or Intermediate Software Quality Engineer certification, or equivalent experience - Experience developing product/project quality assurance plans and roadmaps - Experience improving organizational quality through process assessment and defect analysis - Experience creating and using quality dashboards and other tools to set and visualize quality-related KPIs - Experience in organizing requirements based on ambiguous requirements and proposing improvements - Experience in automation using any of the programming languages - Experience with automated UI testing using Selenium, Mabl, Autify, playwright, etc. - Experience using continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, Travis CI, etc.
