Required Skills and Experiences
[ Required Skills ] ・At least 3 years of professional experience in software development projects. ・Experience leading at least two software development projects from basic design to launch, each lasting 3 months or longer. ・Broad foundational knowledge in programming, OS, networks, databases, CI/CD, and cloud environments. ・The ability to read and understand technical documentation in English, with a strong willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new technologies. ・Japanese language proficiency at or above N2 level. [ Preferred Skills ] ・Experience in IoT device development, particularly with involvement in hardware selection. ・Strong English communication skills, sufficient for technical conversations about software engineering. ・Experience with development using generative AI (especially ChatGPT API and other generative AI services). ・Experience with data analysis and data cleansing. ・Experience with general internet security and vulnerability countermeasures. [ About Working in the New Technology Development Division ] ・The division secures a stable and continuous environment for research and development by handling a portion of development projects from group companies. ・Employees can validate various products using cutting-edge technologies as part of the new business planning process. ・The division promotes a flexible work style that prioritizes work-life balance (remote work rate of 80% or more).
