＜Recruitment Background＞
To strengthen our development capabilities and work on new projects involving our proprietary products such as GPUs and AI processors (LSIs and IPs), we are increasing our team of embedded software engineers skilled in design, implementation, and verification.

＜Job Overview＞
You will be responsible for the maintenance and development of SDKs, device drivers for proprietary GPUs/AI processors/IPs, and demo applications.
Our primary development environment includes XILINX FPGA, but there are instances where software porting tasks are required for customer hardware that adopts our proprietary IPs.
Initial Assignments: Development tasks.
Scope of Work: Tasks defined by company policy.

●Team Size: 7 members (including 2 from overseas).
Meetings are held several times a week, allowing you to focus on your assigned tasks at other times.
The team collaborates closely with the hardware group, providing a diverse range of experiences.

●OS: Linux
●Programming Languages: C, C++
●Version Control Tools: Git, SVN
●Japanese Language Proficiency: Business level (able to handle internal/external communication such as meetings and emails).
●English Language Proficiency: Conversational level (used depending on team needs, particularly for communication with overseas teams).

Required Skills and Experiences

＜Required Qualifications＞ ●　Programming in C language: 5+ years of professional experience ●　Development experience in Linux environments: 5+ years of professional experience ●　Experience in embedded device development with hardware control (e.g., register settings, interrupt handling): 3+ years of professional experience ＜Preferred Qualifications＞ ●　Hardware knowledge: Experience with ARM CPUs, memory, displays, etc. ●　Programming experience in environments other than Linux: Such as RTOS, non-OS, Windows ●　Technical support for customers ＜Desired Candidate Profile＞ ●　A proactive individual who can take initiative ●　A person with with a willingness to take on challenges ●　A person who has a genuine interest in technology and enjoys engaging in development work ●　An individual skilled at optimizing workflows using various tools and programming languages ●　A person with strong communication skills who can negotiate and collaborate effectively both internally and externally
