Job Description

【Your Role】
You will be responsible for solving IT governance issues such as device management, account management, and security, as well as interoperability among various internal services, and business issues within your department and across the company, using appropriate cloud services and software engineering.

【Responsibilities】
・MDM utilization and operation for management of various devices (Mac/Windows/iOS/Android)
・SaaS operation management and streamlining of Google Workspace, Slack, ServiceNow, etc.
・Promote automation by developing in-house tools utilizing GAS, Node, and iPaaS
・Operation of security infrastructure (Entra ID, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, etc.)
・Promote automation by building infrastructure using AWS/GCP and Infrastructure as Code
・Verify implementation of new services and tools, review costs, and lead replacements
・Construction and operation of office network
・Troubleshooting and maintenance of tools being built and operated

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required ・Experience in IT helpdesk and internal information system management ・Knowledge of Mac/Windows device management and MDM (Intune, Jamf, etc.) operations ・Experience in business improvement through SaaS implementation and automation ・Basic skills in network design, construction, and operation ■Preferred ・Modern security knowledge such as IDaaS and Zero Trust ・Experience in Infrastructure as Code operations on cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP ・Experience in development using no-code/low-code tools and generative AI (LLM) ・Experience in financial accounting, HR systems, and business process improvement ・English document reading and technical research of foreign products ■Ideal Applicants ・Empathy with the company's mission and values ・Collaboration: Ability to cooperate and coordinate with team members both inside and outside of the team. ・Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to sudden changes in the environment and new challenges, and to continue to learn and grow on one's own. ・Self-management skills: Able to manage tasks and time efficiently and meet deadlines ・Proactive attitude: Able to discover issues on one's own, make proposals and take action, rather than waiting for instructions. ・Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and quickly derive appropriate solutions. ・Presentation skills: Those who can communicate technical proposals and ideas clearly and persuasively. ・Interpersonal skills: Ability to accurately understand the needs of stakeholders and build trusting relationships with them. ・Holistic perspective: Ability to make decisions and take action based on an understanding of overall business goals and strategies, not just technical details
