【Overview】
This position allows you to focus entirely on product development in an environment that leverages the strong customer base of "Mico Engage AI【ミコ エンゲージ AI】" (with a retention rate exceeding 99%) and enables business expansion into multiple adjacent domains.  

You will be supported by a highly capable organization, including a sales team with strong proposal capabilities and a customer success (CS) team committed to achieving client outcomes. Leveraging this environment, you will engage in the development and progress management of existing "Mico Engage AI【ミコ エンゲージ AI】" products or new product initiatives.  

Our company has established a global development framework, with accelerated collaboration among engineers based in Japan, India, and the Philippines. For this reason, we are seeking a bilingual Product Manager (PdM) fluent in Japanese and English, who can lead product development effectively.  


【Responsibilities】
You will be tasked with identifying and analyzing customer challenges through interviews and quantitative research, and defining "what to create" and "why to create it."  

The Product Manager (PdM) role at Mico revolves around the following three core responsibilities:  

1. Realizing and Driving Business Strategy
   - Execution Planning : Driving tasks based on strategic objectives and promoting development in a high-uncertainty environment.  
   - Strategic Understanding : Understanding SaaS strategies and the overall business (sales) strategy.  

2. Defining "What to Build"
   - New Products : Identifying customer challenges, conceptualizing new products (why, what), breaking them down into MVPs, and planning Go-to-Market strategies.  
   - Existing Products : Creating product roadmaps and planning, implementing, and releasing new features to strengthen competitive advantages.  

3. Managing Product Quality
   - Growth Management : Expanding product value through 1→10 and 10→100 growth stages.  
   - Supporting recruitment, team building, and stakeholder coordination as needed.
