We’re the creators of the award winning skill evaluation and training platform 'Track'. We are currently tackling the exciting mission of modernizing Japan's hiring culture and help companies build and maintain strong engineering teams. With strong capabilities in global development and business creation, we operate over 20 services across four business divisions. We solve the challenges faced by major corporations and tech companies through AI and data solutions.


■ Why we are looking for SRE
At Givery, the management of rapidly increasing source code and infrastructure resources has become a critical challenge.
Currently, over 1,000 infrastructure resources have been built, and there is a pressing need to manage and standardize them efficiently. Establishing a system that enables effective maintenance even with a small team is of utmost importance.
In particular, an approach similar to library maintenance is considered ideal.

■ Job Responsibilities
 - Design and build scalable and reliable infrastructure using Terraform.
 - Promote the automation of deployment and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
 - Troubleshoot system failures and ensure prompt recovery.
 - Ensure infrastructure security by regularly checking for vulnerabilities.
 - Analyze system performance and propose and implement improvements for optimization.
 - Create documentation on systems and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
 - Research the latest technologies and tools, and consider their adoption when necessary.

 - Engage in large-scale Terraform development projects.
 - Take on a challenging role in managing an entire cloud environment through programming.
 - Experience an environment equivalent to the SRE teams of major enterprises, distinct from traditional SI practices.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Must have - 5+ years of professional experience as an Infrastructure Engineer - Strong knowledge of common programming languages and extensive experience with Terraform - Knowledge and experience in DevOps - Skills to develop Terraform as a librarian - Intermediate proficiency in both Japanese and English ■ Nice-to-have - Experience contributing to open-source projects - Experience as a Full-Stack Engineer - Work experience in large-scale infrastructure environments ■ Who fit us - Proactive in automating deployment and operational processes to promote efficiency and optimization. - Keen interest in new technologies and tools, with a commitment to continuous learning and personal growth. - Ability to systematically organize knowledge related to systems and processes.

■ Expected Annual Salary
6 - 10 million yen
Monthly Salary: ¥500,000 – ¥833,000
Monthly Salary: From ¥500,000
Base Salary: From ¥372,000

- Includes fixed overtime allowance for 45 hours per month.
- Additional overtime pay will be provided for any hours exceeding the fixed allowance.

Salary Revision: Twice a year
Performance Bonus: Twice a year
