■ Overview
We are looking for professionals to support the growth of Givery's Infra/DevOps.
Currently, multiple services are running primarily on AWS, and there is a need to address challenges in existing systems, implement various automation processes, strengthen monitoring, and actively transition monolithic services to microservices. The ability to drive these initiatives is essential.

Managing the rapidly increasing source code and infrastructure resources is a critical challenge. Thousands of infrastructure resources are managed using IaC, and the numbers are steadily growing.
We aim to maintain productivity and maintainability while ensuring efficient operations. Key priorities include standardizing implementations, improving reusability through modularization, and automating operations.
Given this context, we are seeking specialists in IaC, DevOps, and Infrastructure to drive the standardization and efficiency of our organization as a whole.


■ Job Description
At Givery, achieving efficient workflows through security measures, account management, and process automation is essential. As the Infrastructure Manager, you will develop and promote security strategies, standardize processes, and collaborate with the CTO to create and execute investment plans for SRE.
Additionally, you will oversee the planning for the infrastructure department, evaluate the performance of engineers, and facilitate cross-team communication

Key responsibilities include:
 - Driving automation in security measures and account management to establish efficient workflows.
 - Developing and promoting security strategies and standardization.
 - Collaborating with the CTO to design and implement investment plans for SRE.
 - Planning for the infrastructure department and evaluating team-wide performance.
 - Promoting cross-team communication and managing team dynamics.
 - Overseeing infrastructure management.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Must have - 7+ years of experience in infrastructure environments - Leadership experience in infrastructure departments - Proven people management skills - Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English ■ Nice-to-have - Experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, with expertise in project progress management - Knowledge and hands-on experience in automation of security measures and account management - Global work experience with a broad, international perspective ■ Who fit us - Ability to collaborate with the CTO and other executives to develop strategic investment plans - Passion for exploring new technologies and strategies, with a commitment to continuous learning and growth

Assumed annual salary
 8 million yen - 12 million yen
Monthly salary: 666,000~.
The above is a rough estimate. Current annual salary, ability and experience will be taken into consideration.
Fixed overtime allowance: 45 hours per month is included.
Overtime allowance for overtime work in excess of 45 hours per month will be paid additionally.
