Establishment of SOC for various services provided
- SOC implementation and monitoring status reporting
- Alert analysis as a SOC analyst
- Development of SOC services, creation of monitoring rules, and improvement of operations
- Execution of operations using security operation platform
- Management and coordination of external partners to support operations
Supplemental Information
 Generally, SOC targets network devices and applications within a company or organization. On the other hand, this position targets commercial systems and aims at early detection of signs of security incidents.

This division is a new organization established in September 2021, and is positioned as an important part of our technology core.
As this organization expands, you will aim to become an engineering manager or executive engineering manager who manages multiple projects.
If the service you are in charge of is to be spun off, you may be transferred as a start-up member, depending on your preference.
(There is a track record of spinning off from the R&amp;D department within the group.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience in security solutions (network, endpoint, SOC, etc.) Experience with security solutions (network, Endpoint, SOC, etc.) Basic network knowledge including TCP/IP Knowledge and work experience with cloud systems 【Preferred】 Experience in security operations (log and incident monitoring and analysis, emergency response) Experience in system development Project management experience (planning and progress management) Experience in SOC establishment

Working Condition

Full flextime system
Based on a 9:30 to 18:30 schedule, with starting and working times determined by the worker.
Standard working hours: 8 hours per day
Standard working hours: 8 hours per day *Rest break: 1 hour
*Management and supervisory personnel may be hired.

Monthly salary
Preferential treatment based on experience, ability, and other factors
Fixed overtime pay
Overtime allowance equivalent to 30 hours per month and late-night work allowance are included in the monthly salary.
