Recruitment Background
Our platform for accelerating sustainability management is currently used by listed companies on the prime market and other industries such as retail, telecommunications, and manufacturing.
We need to double the size of our development organization to keep up with our ever-expanding business, and we are looking for someone who can leverage his/her experience and knowledge to establish a QA team.

Job Description
Perform QA work on products under development
Planning, design, and execution of new functionality testing for developed products
Operation of automated E2E testing in accordance with the release cycle
Participate in meetings as a member of the development team including PdMs, engineers, designers, etc.
Training of QA engineers in charge of each product
Raise awareness of quality throughout the organization.
Evaluating and improving the testing process
Recruitment of QA team members

Current Issues
With the increase in the number of customers, it has become necessary to pursue higher quality than ever before.
Establish a QA process that is more efficient and allows for UI/UX improvements from the customer's point of view.
Lack of human resources with expertise in this role when setting up a QA team
Engineers and PdMs in product development are handling the QA, and quality is still uneven.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Requirements: Those who are interested in the area of sustainability and have an interest in sustainability Able to work together with the development team to achieve both speed and product quality Experience in leading a team in QA and testing for product development Experience in QA work for web applications Experience in working with development teams to improve productivity and product quality Ability to communicate across different teams and job functions Native-like fluency in Japanese Welcome to our team: Experience in the climate/energy industry Experience in QA work and agile testing practices Selection, design, measurement, analysis and reporting of metrics to improve product quality Experience in testing process improvement Experience in development and QA work on web applications and SaaS products Experience in development and QA of large-scale systems Experience with test automation at the unit, API, and E2E level Experience in automation using CI/CD tools Experience in test planning, design, execution, analysis, and reporting for evaluation of non-functional requirements (performance, security, usability, etc.) JSTQB Certified Test Engineer certification

Flexible working hours
Start work: 6:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
