【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for the UI/UX design of products related to the new business ventures.
You will be broadly involved in the entire process, including user research and requirements definition alongside the Product Manager, all the way through to prototyping and final product UI design. Since the work starts from scratch (zero-base), the designer is not bound by existing specifications, allowing them to thoroughly pursue the ideal design and operability.

The company is recruiting members who will be involved from the planning stage and work together to make the product better. They welcome individuals with an interest in UX and those who wish to further enhance your skills as a designer.

Since the company produces HR-related products, it takes the lead in implementing "Work Style Reform." Overtime is almost non-existent, making it an environment where your work-life balance is very easy to maintain.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Knowledge and experience in UI/UX Knowledge of web standards and specifications 3+ years of design experience *Please be sure to submit your portfolio or a website you have created when applying. ■Preferred EDesign experience using Figma Design operations experience incorporating design systems ▼Skills you'll gain at the company (beyond the above) Knowledge and experience in human-centered design (HCD) Design experience for business applications ■Personality Ability to make logical judgments Interest in advancing service development from the user's perspective Perseverance in tackling challenges Enjoys learning new things
