There are still many challenges in the BtoC domain to acquire attribute and behavioral data of each customer and realize communication that satisfies each customer.
Until now, segmentation has been done in such a way as "men in 20s" or "those who have purchased a product at least once". However, this method includes people with completely different interests in the same category, resulting in a large number of unsolicited messages being delivered to many customers.

Mico has secured 3.5 billion yen in Series B funding, led by Vertex Growth with participation from JAFCO Group, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, SMBC Venture Capital, Mizuho Capital, and existing investors ALL STAR SAAS FUND and Eight Roads Ventures Japan.
With this round, our total funding now exceeds 6.3 billion yen. Moving forward, we will accelerate product development for global expansion and strengthen our organization in line with our 2030 vision to become "Asia’s No.1 Brand Empowerment Company."
