【Responsibilities】
You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supporting the operation of DX initiatives, UI/UX improvements, and the digitalization of contact centers for various corporate clients.
・DX Planning & Support: Designing and implementing DX strategies, UI/UX enhancements, and contact center digitalization.
・VOC-Driven Chat Solutions: Utilizing "Voice of the Customer" (VOC) data to plan, introduce, and support the operation of automated chat/support systems.
・Project Governance: Managing man-hours for implementation and operational phases, while ensuring high-quality standards for all project outputs.
・Service Planning: Proposing and improving services based on specific challenges identified by both the client and the frontline contact center staff.
・Management & Oversight: Leading team members and managing the overall progress and success of the project.
・Other Duties: Handling additional tasks as assigned by the company.

【Specifically】
"What is the customer truly looking for when they ask a question?"
Your primary role is to analyze historical VOC (Voice of the Customer) to understand user intent. Based on these insights, you will handle the strategic planning for AI Chatbot implementation and lead daily operational direction.
