Job Description

The QA team is in charge of executing/managing the overall QA process from test design to execution to quality reporting for customer web/smartphone applications and internal back-office services developed by the System Development Division.
In this position (QA Engineer (Candidate for Lead)), you will be expected to be a team leader candidate for a team in charge of a large project for the company, managing schedules and resources, and providing member support while leading the project to a successful completion.

In the future, as the lead engineer, you will be asked to add the following to your responsibilities
・Manage the QA process, review test cases, propose improvements to the development process, and report on quality at release decision meetings.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・5+ years of experience in QA ・Experience managing test execution for QA team ・Business level Japanese (N1 or equivalent) ・Able to communicate with PO, PM, and Engineer to execute PJ smoothly ・Experience in creating and executing test cases for web and smartphone applications ・Interest in test automation 【Preferred】・Experience as a QA lead ・Experience in QA at a business enterprise ・Experience in promoting and operating test automation ・Foundation Level JSTQB Certified Test Engineer (or equivalent) 【Ideal Applicants】・Have the spirit to make a difference with crypto assets (virtual currency) and blockchain ・Empathy with the company's mission "Blockchain makes the world easy" and values (Passion, Execution, Number) and values (Passion, Execution, Number) ・Have the ability to adapt to change ・Able to define challenges, solve them, and provide value as a professional.
