Job Description

*As a Corporate Engineer (Help Desk), you will be responsible for the following tasks

・Responding to internal inquiries (troubleshooting, configuration work)
・Terminal kitting (Windows / Mac / iPhone)
・Support at the time of entry, exit, or transfer of employees
・Help desk improvement activities (document maintenance, improving user self-resolution rate, etc.)
・IT assessment support (understanding of IT assets, application deployment, operation)
・Account management of various in-house tools
・Device operation and maintenance (OS control, configuration management, software distribution, GPO, various patch distribution, image modification, etc.)
・Creation of scripts/GPOs to be distributed on the management platform
・Work requests and inquiries to support vendors/manufacturers
・Verification of new services/functions

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・Experience with device management systems (MicrosoftEndpointManager/JamfPro) ・Experience in IdP management and operation ・Experience in automating operations using scripts, etc. ・Communication skills to work with overseas IT staff ・Business level Japanese 【Preferred】・Experience setting up Windows terminals using MDT and SCCM ・Experience managing Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) ・Experience working in a financial institution ・MDM operations ・ITIL certification ・English conversation skills 【Ideal Applicants】 <Common to all departments> ・Empathy with the company's MVV ・Enthusiastic and sincere ・Able to respond flexibly to changes with a sense of speed ・Able to communicate logically ・Ability to set issues, solve problems, and execute
