You will be assigned to projects based on your preferences, interests, and experience, focusing on Web and Open-System development.
Depending on experience, training may be provided for 2–6 months before assignment.

　・SE/PG: Work on system design, development, and operation for core business systems, iOS/Android apps, and more.
　・Maintenance & Operation: Handle website updates, data management, maintenance, reporting, and inquiries.
　・PMO: Manage cloud application projects in the automotive sector, overseeing vendors, estimates, development, and operations.

　・Web systems for sales and customer management
　・Payroll software
　・iOS & Android app development
　・Core system development for the telecom industry

≪ Example Programming Languages ≫
Mainly C, C#, and Java are used.

You will communicate in Japanese with both clients and colleagues.

　・Young professionals in their 20s are actively involved.
　・Work can be on-site in teams (2–4 members) or individually at client locations.
　・Weekly and monthly meetings are held with both engineers and sales teams for open discussions.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Mandatory Requirement ・Applicants who hold an N1 certification or have communication skills equivalent to N1. ・Applicants with 2 to 3 years or more of development experience in either Web or Open systems.

Monthly salary 220,000-350,000 yen + bonus (twice a year)
