The company predicts that many existing systems will be superseded by AI due to the proliferation of AI products. However, the company holds a strong sense of urgency regarding the fact that only a handful of engineers currently possess practical experience with AI technology.
Therefore, the company has welcomed a CTO with extensive development and management experience, and a strengthening of its training capacity has begun, aimed at cultivating as many engineers as possible who possess knowledge and experience in Generative AI.
The company believes that the ultimate engineering organization can be built if individuals share a common ground in "engineering" and "AI" and possess a passion for development. They seek to take on the rapidly approaching AI era alongside a group of AI specialists.

【Assignment Department】
In the first month after joining, you will receive foundational Generative AI training and be responsible for streamlining internal operations using Generative AI.

Starting in the second month, you will be assigned to an engineering team and engaged in either the AI Office business, which handles everything from proposal to implementation for AI-related projects, or the AI Engineer Staffing business, which specializes in developing AI projects.

【Responsibilities】
・Design, development, and optimization of systems utilizing Generative AI.
・Front-end and back-end prototype development.
・Supporting the client company's AI adoption (e.g., requirements definition, PM assistance).
・Fine-tuning, research, and development using existing foundational models (LLMs).
・Data cleansing (data cleaning).
・Exploring methods for leveraging Generative AI to integrate into services.

【Main Project Categories Supported by the Company】
・Application Development using LLMs (Large Language Models)
These projects involve building functions for services and business systems by utilizing existing large language models (such as GPT / Llama). The mission primarily involves API integration and the development of application logic, rather than training the model itself.

・Industry/Task-Specific AI Solutions
AI projects specialized for specific industries or functional domains, such as manufacturing, healthcare, finance, retail, and logistics. Because domain knowledge and regulatory compliance are required, the models are customized rather than used as general-purpose models.

・RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Development
Development that combines search with Generative AI using frameworks like LangChain. This seeks to obtain more accurate responses by integrating the LLM with internal documents or web search results.

・AI Agents
Development that incorporates mechanisms for the AI to automatically execute multiple tasks without explicit human instruction. This involves entrusting the AI with task planning, external API calls, and state management.

・Machine Learning/Deep Learning

【Specific Training Content】
STEP 1: Learning the fundamentals of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
STEP 2: Understanding what a prompt is and learning how to refine prompting techniques.
STEP 3: Gaining hands-on experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) using frameworks like LangChain.
STEP 4: Improving accuracy using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and Fine-Tuning techniques.

【Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE): Deploying AI Within the Customer's Environment】
The role of the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is said to have originated with Palantir, a leader in AI implementation. The FDE plays a practical role, deeply embedding themselves in the customer's business environment to support the creation of business value through technology.
This role goes beyond simple technology introduction; the FDE is responsible for the entire process, from customer problem solving to implementation and operation. The FDE is a "field-centric full-stack engineer" who "deploys" the company's product (general-purpose software) at the customer's site and manages the process end-to-end, from requirements definition to implementation and operation.
The FDE represents the ideal profile for an engineer within the company's AI talent force (ATF).
Unlike the traditional System Engineering Service (SES) model, where individual members of the ATF are dispatched to companies after separate interviews, the company's FDEs enter SIers (System Integrators) and DX consulting firms as a team and undertake full responsibility for all aspects of AI-related projects, from proposal to implementation.

Required Skills and Experiences
