■Recruitment Background
The SRE organization at the company focuses primarily on improving product reliability while also managing security infrastructure, cloud governance, and SaaS utilization across the organization.
With the rapid growth of both products and the organization, it has become increasingly difficult for a single team to optimize both product reliability and enterprise-wide system reliability at the same time.
In particular, the increasing complexity of security governance in cloud-native environments and the growing challenges of SaaS integration management have led to the formation of a new Corporate SRE team dedicated to addressing these needs.

■Corporate SRE Responsibilities
The Corporate SRE team collaborates with product teams, corporate engineers, and security engineers, working across different domains as needed.
・Building, operating, and monitoring cloud security infrastructure
・Managing public cloud governance (AWS, Google Cloud, Cloudflare)
・Implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for SaaS management

【Required】 Meet all of the following: ・Experience in managing and operating public cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud ・Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation, etc. ・Experience working with Pull Request-based workflows using GitHub or GitLab ・Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams ・Hands-on experience in at least one of the following roles: SRE, Cloud Engineer, Security Engineer, or Corporate Engineer 【Preferred】・Experience in web application development and operations, regardless of programming language ・Experience setting up and implementing SRE principles (SLI/SLO, error budgets, post-mortems, etc.) ・Experience implementing Policy as Code for compliance and security policies ・Experience in building and operating security measures on AWS, Google Cloud, or other public cloud platforms ・Experience in handling security incidents, including impact analysis, investigation, resolution, and preventive measures ・Experience in obtaining and maintaining external security certifications (e.g., ISMS) ・Data engineering experience ・Strong communication skills, with the ability to identify and resolve misunderstandings effectively 【Ideal Applicants】・Understands the importance of communication and actively engages in it ・Recognizes the value of documentation and has a habit of recording and sharing information ・Possesses a broad perspective and a proactive mindset, willing to go the extra mile ・Enjoys reducing manual work (toil) and automating processes ・Able to adapt flexibly without being overly attached to specific technologies ・Empathy with the company's mission and values (8 Elements)
