■Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the development of generative AI products.
As we are a startup in the launch phase, you will handle a wide range of areas including backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.
Depending on your areas of expertise and business conditions, it is possible to adjust the assignment ratio between backend and frontend.

■Development Style
Places emphasis on code review and pair programming
Development is conducted with an eye toward improving code readability and maintainability.
Selecting agile, waterfall, or ad hoc methods depending on the project

■Tech Stack
Frontend：Next.JS,TypeScript,React
Backend：Python,Django
Others：AWS,git,datadog,Slack

It allows for the collaborative creation of anticipated Q&A documents for shareholder meetings and earnings announcements, helping IR professionals focus on higher-value tasks.
The service is provided in a highly secure and compliance-focused environment, with strict handling of all user-uploaded data.

To facilitate smooth product development, you are required to come to the Tokyo office once a week.
Communication within the team is primarily in English, while communication with other departments utilizes both English and Japanese.
At our headquarters, we hold weekly engineer study sessions where you can catch up on the latest technologies and insights.

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required More than 2 years of experience in developing web or mobile applications Basic knowledge of networks, databases, etc. Basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures Conversational level English skills Japanese language skills (N2 level) Currently residing in a location that allows commuting to the Tokyo office.
