Job Description

■Your Role
As a core member of the company’s design team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and visual designs for digital products and services.
Your role involves deeply understanding client visions and the needs of both consumer and enterprise users to design and implement innovative and intuitive interfaces, ultimately maximizing product value.

■Responsibilities: Tasks assigned upon joining.
・Information Architecture and User Flow Optimization
Organize complex prerequisite information and create sitemaps and user flow diagrams. Design information architecture (IA), wireframes, and screen transitions with consideration for accessibility guidelines (WCAG), optimizing the user journey to streamline task completion.

・UI Design Production
Create design comps aligned with the client’s brand, UX writing from a user perspective, and prototypes with creativity and attention to detail. Incorporate animations, interaction design, and data visualization as needed.

・Design System Development
Develop and manage reusable UI component libraries and design guidelines based on the needs of the project or service.

・Collaboration with Development Teams
Work closely with project members to clearly communicate design specifications. Adjust designs with technical constraints in mind, ensure quality, and manage projects efficiently.

■Responsibilities: Additional duties assigned once you become familiar with the role.
・User Research and Design Strategy
Conduct customer interviews and user research with strong empathy and insight. Utilize design thinking to create personas and user journey maps, establishing effective design strategies.

・Usability Testing
Plan, execute, and analyze tests using prototypes. Propose A/B test designs, analyze the results, and optimize designs based on data-driven insights.

・Client Communication
Deliver persuasive design proposals in client meetings. Flexibly present improvement plans based on client feedback.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・Practical experience in UI/UX design for digital products/services and proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. ・Understanding and hands-on experience with user-centered design processes and various UX research methods, including the ability to plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing (including concepts such as the Five Planes of UX Model). ・Strong visual design skills, including expertise in typography, color theory, and layout design. ・Ability to visualize and optimize complex user flows and information architecture. ・Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. ・Effective communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders. 【Preferred】・Interest in or understanding of engineering, to enhance communication with developers and improve product/service quality. ・Coding experience in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript. ・Experience in UI layout design for native mobile applications (iOS, Android, etc.). ・Interest or experience in upstream design processes, such as service design and experience design, using frameworks like Lean Canvas and Customer Journey Maps. *Even if you do not currently meet the requirements, the company may judge your willingness to grow and anticipate your efforts after you join the company by hearing your specific plans for knowledge acquisition and other activities tied to your own career development during the interview.
