・A platform that enables one-stop search of both internal and external information
・Structures and transforms various types of data into valuable corporate assets

Additionally, the company supports the development of enterprise-specific generative AI solutions and the construction of proprietary systems.

Its primary target market is currently R&D divisions in major Japanese manufacturing companies, with adoption already underway at over 250 companies—including 30% of those listed on the Nikkei 225. Moving forward, the company plans to expand from manufacturing R&D into the broader domestic enterprise space, eventually scaling to all Japanese businesses and global markets.

The company is also actively engaged in the research and development of Japanese-native large language models (LLMs) specialized for business use. In May 2024, it released its own 100-billion-parameter LLM.

【Your Role】
As a player-manager, you will be responsible for both managing the design team and leading product design for the UI/UX and design organization of the SaaS product

【Responsibilities】
・Plan and execute various initiatives to define product design strategy and ensure design quality
・People management, including organizational design, designer recruitment, 1-on-1 meetings, and performance evaluations
・Hands-on involvement in UI/UX design for the product
*Scope of responsibilities may expand to include overall development-related tasks

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 *All items below are required ・2+ years of experience managing a design organization ・Hands-on experience in improving design processes, design quality, and workflow structures ・5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products 【Preferred】・Experience designing for B2B SaaS products ・Experience in building and maintaining design systems ・Knowledge of and practical experience with OOUI (Object-Oriented UI) ・Experience working as a designer in agile or Scrum development teams

Working Condition

■Salary increase (twice a year / May and November)

【About remote work】
■Basically, fully remote work
　Residence must be in Japan (no full remote work while residing overseas)
■Flexible remote/working options (no restrictions on the number of times you can come to the office)
　Each employee works while using the system according to his/her own circumstances.

There are people who work full remotely from Sendai, Kyoto, Osaka, etc., people who enjoy working while on vacation, foreign nationals who return to their home countries for a few weeks to work, and people who mainly come to work, making for a diverse work style.

■Customer facing allowance (flat monthly amount of 20,000 yen *included in monthly salary)
