Founded in 2010, the company is developing its advertising platform business and marketing SaaS business, and is in a high-growth phase due to steady growth and diversification of its products and continuous M&As. In addition, the company is also diligently expanding its business to establish a service channel in the cutting-edge marketing domain, including the launch of a generative AI business and the execution of M&A of a company that is expanding a large market share in North America.

In this position, you will promote PMI (post-merger integration process) support and internal DX after M&A of domestic and foreign companies, and lead the next generation IT environment to both improve productivity and security. The mission of this position is to build a foundation to further accelerate our business as a global tech company.

Responsibilities
▼You will be responsible for the following tasks
・PMI support for new PMI due to M&A
PM duties for tool integration
Tool examples: Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Confluence, Notion, etc.
Target companies: Social Wire K.K., Zelto (overseas subsidiary)
*Executing PMI (post-M&A integration process) for a subsidiary amidst a situation of aggressive M&A for business expansion.
