■ Regarding the Start Date

■ Recruitment Background
Founded in 1993, we have been developing and providing "CAMMAX," a cloud ERP system specialized for small and medium-sized enterprises.
We are looking for engineers to expand our business and expand our organization with a view to an IPO.

■ Job Description
We are entrusted with the overall infrastructure operations of CamMax, a cloud ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that is 100% planned and developed in-house.

・Design and construction of AWS environment
　We aim to create an environment that meets Well-Architected/FTR.

・Incident handling and operation monitoring of services
　We aim to ensure stable operation of services that operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

・Improvement of service performance
　We analyze bottlenecks that change daily and allocate resources appropriately.
Example：Adjustment of PostgreSQL and JVM parameters, number of EC2 units and specifications, etc.

・Service maintenance
　We aim to prevent security threats and system downtime, reduce unnecessary costs, and create an environment in which services can grow continuously for a long period of time.

＜Service Details＞
CAMMAX is a "next-generation" cloud ERP system focused on small and medium-sized manufacturing, wholesale, and retail businesses.
It is an ERP system that brings together and condenses approximately 30 years of development and implementation knowledge, enabling all-in-one management from order receipt to financial accounting without the customization that is common in ERP systems.
In particular, we are proud of our ability to respond to omni-channel (real stores, EC, and BtoB (wholesale)), and this is due to our API linkage with major external services such as EC carts, WMS, handy terminals, and ledger sheet systems, in addition to our own extensive functions described above.
While this ERP has such competitive advantages and unique functions, it boasts an overwhelming cost performance, starting at 70,000 yen per month (excluding tax).
In addition, because it is operated under the AWS environment, it is highly evaluated for its robustness and reliability.

・The organization consists of a product division, marketing division, and corporate division, and engineers belong to the product division, which is the development division.
・The assigned team consists of three members: one in their 60s, one in their 50s, and one in their 20s. In the future, we expect you to take a central role in the team and drive the business forward.

■Assumed Annual Salary
Annual salary: 6 million to 9 million yen
*Annual salary is divided into 12 parts and paid monthly.

<Salary increase and promotion>
In principle, salary increases are determined based on annual personnel evaluations. 
However, depending on the evaluation, there may be opportunities for salary increases every three months.
