Business Description
The cloud reservation system "RESERVA" is the No. 1 reservation system in Japan with more than 350,000 companies using it, and is a product that requires reliability as social infrastructure for governments, municipalities, and major companies.
As SRE, our mission is to provide "safe and secure" services to users by promoting stable operation of the infrastructure, improving scalability, and automating the system.

Depending on your skills and experience, you may be involved in system operation and automation as an SRE member or lead infrastructure strategy and team management as an SRE manager.

Main responsibilities include
Quantify and forecast service usage
Ensure service monitoring and observability
Capacity planning of AWS resources.
Facilitate development with efficiency and performance in mind
Developing a CI/CD environment that balances development productivity and security
Risk assessment of development and production environments
Creation of mechanisms to improve SRE operational efficiency


Development environment and technology stack
Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, ELB, RDS, WAF, CloudFront, Lambda, etc.)
OS: Linux
Database: PostgreSQL
IaC: CDK, Terraform
Programming languages: PHP, Python, Swift, JavaScript

Required Skills and Experiences

＜Manager Position＞ ■ Required Qualifications: ・5+ years of experience in architecting, configuring, and operating web systems using AWS, Azure, or GCP ・Native-level Japanese proficiency ■ Preferred Qualifications: ・Experience in system construction using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) ・Experience in designing, building, and operating systems using container technologies ・Experience in designing, implementing, and operating CI/CD pipelines ・Experience in operating large-scale services ・Experience in development using programming languages ＜Member Position＞ ■ Required Qualifications: ・2+ years of experience in SRE or equivalent roles ・2+ years of experience in building CI/CD pipelines ・Business-level Japanese proficiency (Equivalent to N2 or higher) ■ Preferred Qualifications: ・Experience in developing and operating high-traffic or high-availability services
