As a lead engineer at our company—which develops and operates the “RESERVA” reservation system (a SaaS-based reservation management system) that boasts one of the largest market shares in Japan and is used by major corporations (including event venues and lodging facilities), government agencies, and public offices—you will be responsible for development.

■Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for developing new features for “RESERVA” as well as maintaining and improving existing features.
・Architecture design
・Research on external services
・Implementation
・Code reviews (of code implemented by team members)
・Development and operation of tools to automate deployments and various operations
・Building and operating a log collection and analysis infrastructure to enable rapid data analysis
・Management of development projects, schedule management, coordination, etc.

Development takes place in a team of several members. The team includes a diverse range of members, from programming specialists to engineers taking on upstream tasks such as planning new services.

After receiving training on the overview and features of “RESERVA,” you’ll begin by participating in backend development to build your practical skills. In the future, you can choose to lead a team as a Project Leader (PL) or Project Manager (PM), master programming, or aim to become a full-stack engineer—allowing you to develop skills aligned with your technical interests to advance your career.

Required Skills and Experiences

＜Educational Background＞ Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, Vocational school, or Technical college graduate or higher ＜Eligibility / Application Requirements＞ ■ Required Qualifications: ・4+ years of hands-on experience in web application development using PHP (including at least 1 year of experience in Japan) ・Experience in creating basic design documents ・Experience in development using frameworks ・Experience in team-based development ・Business-level Japanese proficiency (Equivalent to N2 or higher) ■ Preferred Qualifications: ・Experience in building and operating AWS infrastructure ・Experience in database construction ・Experience in SQL tuning ・Experience in middleware configuration and operation ・Experience in developing high-traffic, large-scale systems ・Experience in development from upstream processes such as requirement definition ・Experience in Scrum or Agile development
