As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the development and operation of RESERVA, Japan’s leading SaaS-based reservation management system. RESERVA has been widely adopted by major corporations (venues, accommodation facilities, etc.), government agencies, and public institutions, holding one of the largest market shares in Japan.

■ Responsibilities:
You will lead the development of new features and improvements for the RESERVA system, including:
・Architecture design
・Research and integration of external services
・Implementation of new features and system improvements
・Code reviews for team members' implementations
・Development and operation of automation tools for deployments and operational processes
・Building and maintaining data collection and analysis infrastructure to improve system insights
・Managing development projects, scheduling, and coordination

■ Development Environment:
Languages: PHP, JavaScript, Swift
Frameworks: Symfony, Laravel
Database: PostgreSQL
Infrastructure: AWS

■ Team Structure:
Development is conducted in teams, consisting of specialists in programming as well as engineers involved in upstream processes such as planning and service design.
Additionally, many foreign engineers, particularly from Asia, are actively contributing to our global development environment.

Required Skills and Experiences

＜Educational Background＞ Master’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, Vocational school, or Technical college graduate or higher ＜Eligibility / Application Requirements＞ ■ Required Qualifications: ・4+ years of hands-on experience in web application development using PHP (including at least 1 year of experience in Japan) ・Experience in creating basic design documents ・Experience in development using frameworks ・Experience in team-based development ・Business-level Japanese proficiency (Equivalent to N2 or higher) ■ Preferred Qualifications: ・Experience in building and operating AWS infrastructure ・Experience in database construction ・Experience in SQL tuning ・Experience in middleware configuration and operation ・Experience in developing high-traffic, large-scale systems ・Experience in development from upstream processes such as requirement definition ・Experience in Scrum or Agile development
