In collaboration with IP holders, entertainment companies, we provide mechanisms and functions to strengthen connections among fans and fan activities through the provision of content that only an official community can offer. The product has a wide range of functions such as posts, comments, games, and a store to maximize fan enthusiasm.

Background of Recruitment
Our ideal engineering organization is not limited to a specific technical area, but rather, based on the concept of full-cycle engineering, we are working with a wide range of interests.
As the number of communities we develop increases, we are in need of more members to promote the backend area as the core. We are looking for people who can approach the following issues together with us while implementing product development.

Issues to be addressed
The product has a wide range of functions, so it is necessary to distinguish between common/genericized parts and individually optimized parts in architectural design.
In order to provide stable services even in overseas environments where network environments are not satisfactory, it is necessary to optimize infrastructure construction (multi-region configuration) and application processing.
The number of IP communities to be handled has increased, and the organization does not have a mechanism in place to detect issues across teams, resulting in a situation where the work is done by a single person.

Business Description
◾️ Development lead focusing on backend area
As this is a BtoBtoC business model, we are strongly required to provide value by responding to the requests of both clients and users to the maximum extent possible. We will entrust you with development based on an understanding of the business and domain.

We are looking for a developer who understands the business and the domain.
Design and development of scalable architecture in highly complex domain areas
∙ Collaboration with peers and other disciplines within the team, including USM, modeling, and pair-production
Scrum events to further enhance value creation such as retrospectives, planning, refinement, sprint reviews, etc.
Improvement of the infrastructure used internally to improve productivity and quality across development, such as centralized library, CI, etc.

◾️ Addressing issues across the development organization
The number of engineers has rapidly expanded from 9 to 35 in the last two years. While the development organization itself has increased in number of people and has been able to do more, it is also facing challenges in maintaining quality and development productivity, as well as organizational strength. We are looking for someone who is not confined to the back-end area, but who is willing to tackle issues across the development organization.

Required Skills and Experiences

Required Skills - 3+ years of experience developing and operating web applications (Go experience a plus) - Experience in team development - Good communication skills in Japanese Welcomed skills - Experience in technology selection throughout the entire service - Skills to facilitate development while making recommendations on availability, security, and fault tolerance - Familiarity with Scrum and Agile - Interest in domain-driven development or microservice design - Experience with blockchain technology - Contribution to and in-depth knowledge of OSS and technical communities The kind of person we are looking for - A person who can think of his/her own strategies and tactics to achieve goals, communicate them to the team, and lead with high motivation. - Able to proactively tackle all issues within the company with a high sense of responsibility, without fixing their own area of responsibility. - A person who is willing to take on the challenges of new technologies and areas in which he/she has no experience. - Enjoys constantly changing situations and can respond flexibly with a sense of speed. - A person who is happy to see the growth and success of the users of the community and the members he/she works with.
