API linkage of all client internal and external data
Data that was previously downloaded from various tools and processed for use can now be linked with a company's own internal data. This can significantly reduce man-hours, and also allow modeling and business improvement applications to be created using specific data.
We are aiming to use this development environment to create AI implementation use cases that will revolutionize business operations in a wide variety of industries and domains, and we have received many needs for this service. What you will do
As a project manager, you will be responsible for planning, designing, promoting, and executing projects using our unique AI solution.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks.

Project planning and management
Planning and proposing optimal AI solutions using this product based on a deep understanding of the client's issues.
Planning and proposing the best AI solution that utilizes this product
Planning and managing project scope, resources, schedule, and budget
Project promotion
Involve internal and external stakeholders to promote the project
Clarify issues, define requirements, and report on project progress to the client
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business teams to improve quality of deliverables
Process improvement and knowledge sharing
Establish best practices for project success
Promote value internally and externally through deliverables and processes

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required 3+ years of project management experience Experience with IT or AI-related projects, or strong interest in those fields Strong client communication skills and negotiation experience Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders ■Mindset A strong desire to solve complex social issues (Empathy) Curiosity and a drive to learn—especially about technology (Evolve) A sense of ownership and commitment to follow through (Execute) ■Preferred Basic knowledge of AI, data analytics, and cloud technologies Experience leading software development projects Experience with large-scale or global projects Experience developing systems using cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Certification such as PMP or Scrum Master ■Ideal Applicants Able to approach complex problems logically and propose effective solutions Capable of understanding client issues and delivering practical, executable proposals Interested in both business and technology, with a desire to take on challenges in the AI domain Proactive and collaborative, able to deliver results even in high-uncertainty environments Eager to be involved in all phases of generative AI and system development, from upstream to downstream, and to enhance their skills

Monthly income: 12 divided into 12 parts of annual income
Lower limit of 670,000 yen (495,680 yen base salary, 174,320 yen for 45 hours of deemed overtime)
Upper limit of 1,090,000 yen (base salary of 806,470 yen, 283,530 yen for 45 hours of deemed overtime)
Additional pay for overtime work in excess of 45 hours
To be determined in accordance with the Company's regulations, taking into consideration experience, ability, and expectations.
Sign-on bonus may be paid separately.
