Since its founding in 2018, the company has pursued R&D in deep tech and business opportunities with the mission of creating a "Japan-born, global deep tech infrastructure" that becomes the industry de facto standard.

To drive forward a major new business initiative, the frontend engineer will be responsible for building a new system. This requires both an ideal development environment and advanced technical skills to develop applications that can serve as global infrastructure.

In terms of implementation, beyond conventional frontend development focused on UI/UX, the engineer may also be required to directly interact with applications such as smart contracts on the blockchain. Since development must accommodate blockchain-specific requirements such as prolonged intermediate states, this role offers the unique opportunity to design unprecedented user experiences.

■Required ・Experience proposing major implementation changes based on a solid understanding of the value of the feature being developed ・Experience sharing technical knowledge through methods such as pair programming, mob programming, or walkthroughs ・Experience developing an environment that ensures internal system quality ・Experience formulating technical selections and directory structure strategies—including surrounding components such as data stores, queries, caching, and validators—with a focus on frameworks such as Next.js and React ・Fundamental knowledge of implementation topics such as algorithms, data structures, networks, security, and design patterns ・Interest in blockchain technology ■Preferred ・Experience with prototyping using tools such as Figma ・Development experience related to blockchain, such as using ethers.js, viem, or wagmi ・Experience in technical advocacy or recruitment activities in the engineering domain ・Experience in backend development ・Experience implementing features based on official documentation or technical literature, including in English ・Development experience related to blockchain ■Ideal Applicants ・Able to work together with the entire team to build a great system that realizes shared values ・Capable of applying technical strengths not only to systems but also to the business and organization, contributing to greater overall value ・Able to engage in both internal and external technical outreach and participate in building an exciting development culture ・Able to stay committed to delivering value in a startup environment where not everything is ideal, accepting both the good and the bad
