On September 5, 2024, the company announced a project to build a cross-border remittance infrastructure in collaboration with international organizations. This initiative aims to achieve "fast, cheap, and convenient" international money transfers by utilizing stablecoins, which are digital currencies pegged to the value of fiat currency.

Since its founding in 2018, the company has consistently pursued R&D in technology and business opportunities. Their goal is to create a "de facto infrastructure" as a "Japan-born" "global x deep tech" leader.

While the company aims to become a decacorn (a startup with a corporate value of over $10 billion), it's often stated that achieving this goal requires "winning with global x deep tech."

The aforementioned cross-border remittance infrastructure project is a significant first step toward this ambition. Currently, due to Japan's proactive legal framework in this area, the company has an advantage in driving the project. ■Required ・Experience proposing significant implementation changes based on a clear understanding of the feature's value. ・Experience implementing solutions based on official documentation and literature, including those in English. ・Experience in sharing technical knowledge through methods like pair programming, mob programming, or walkthroughs. ・Experience in developing environments that ensure the internal quality of systems. ・Experience in implementing solutions using statically typed languages (such as Go, C/C++, Java, Rust, Scala), demonstrating an understanding of each language's unique characteristics. ・Foundational knowledge of implementation basics, including algorithms, data structures, networks, security, and design patterns. ・A strong interest in blockchain technology. ■Preferred ・Experience organizing system development requirements into Design Docs or ADRs (Architecture Decision Records). ・Experience in implementing development foundations, defining development rules, establishing review processes, and creating repository strategies during new project launches. ・Product development experience in the FinTech domain. ・Experience in promoting technical public relations/recruitment activities within the engineering domain. ・Ability to implement based on English technical literature. ・Development experience related to blockchain. ■Ideal Applicants ・Work together with the entire team to create a good system that delivers the value aimed for. ・Adapt technical strengths not only to the system, but also to the business and organization to create greater value. ・Participate in the creation of an exciting organization by communicating technological expertise both internally and externally. ・Strive to realize value in a startup environment where not everything is ideal.
