Job Description

■Overview
As a solution to aging infrastructure and labor shortages, the company is focused on building DX (Digital Transformation) platforms for construction, inspection, and urban infrastructure. This position leads the development of proprietary drone applications, cloud services, digital twin software, and the creation of next-generation platforms. The role is responsible for spearheading technical strategy formulation, architectural design, development management, and team building.

As the Head of Development, you will work in close collaboration with product managers and the business side to ensure a balance between rapid business growth and continuous technical evolution.

Responsible for leading the development of in-house cloud services as part of our business expansion
Selecting technologies, designing, and reviewing our cloud-based in-house services
Conducting code reviews, providing technical support, and mentoring the development team
Collaborating with product managers to design specifications
Optimizing the development process to balance quality, speed, and security
Promoting a hybrid development model combining in-house teams and external partners

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Fluency in Japanese Project management experience Web application development experience (5+ years) Development and operations experience on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) Experience leading teams and conducting code reviews Knowledge of QA/test design, development, and operations Knowledge of security Knowledge of maintenance and operations ■Preferred Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS SAA) Experience in application operations Experience developing control apps for service robots and drones Experience developing desktop applications Experience in backend development as a lead engineer Knowledge of microservices architecture Experience with SRE and security measures Experience in roles such as CTO, VPoE, or EM

Working Condition

<Holidays / Vacations>
・Annual holidays: 125 days
・Holiday/vacation type：Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
・Annual paid leave: 10 days (the minimum number of days is the number of days granted after six months of employment)
・Summer vacation, year-end and New Year vacations, congratulation or condolence leave
