You will be involved in proposing, designing, developing, and testing tailor-made systems for small and medium-sized businesses across various industries.
◎Work directly with clients to understand their industry characteristics and business workflows in order to propose optimal system solutions
◎Handle projects of various sizes, from small-scale to large-scale, while flexibly considering appropriate management and development approaches
◎Some projects are developed in-house under contract
◎Programming languages such as VB.net and Java are used, depending on the project

【Past Project Examples】
▶ Educational Software Development:
We developed new features for a system used by teachers at elementary and junior high schools across Japan. Based on feedback from schools — such as "it would be better if the system could do this" — we worked closely with the Board of Education to improve existing functionalities.
We designed user-friendly screen layouts from scratch while complying with relevant regulations. After release, we received positive feedback from schools, and the system was adopted by more municipalities, contributing to teachers’ workstyle reform.

▶ System Development for the Telecommunications Industry:
We are developing a facility management system for a client in the telecommunications industry.
As it is a large-scale system, we carefully consider how to modify the existing system and assess the impact of those changes before proceeding with the work.

【Project Assignment】
■Projects are typically client-site based (on-site work style)

Working Condition
