We will assign you to the most suitable project as a System Engineer, taking into account your experience, preferences, strengths, and commuting distance.
You will be involved in system development using the following technologies:
－Life insurance system development (Java, VB.NET, Python, Windows, AWS)
－Remote maintenance web system development (Vue.js, PHP, SQL, Linux)

【Team Assignment & Work Style】
■ Team Size: 3–10 members per project team
■ Scope of Work: Entire development lifecycle from requirement definition to maintenance is handled within the team
■ Project Areas:
About 60% in Western Tokyo (Hachioji, Tachikawa, Tama), 20% in Tokyo’s 23 wards, and 10% in Kanagawa (Atsugi, Yokohama).
We prioritize assigning projects within approximately one hour from your residence.
■ Work Style:
Hybrid work (remote + onsite) is increasingly common, with approximately 70% of projects incorporating remote work.
Work style may vary depending on the project.
■ Assignment Flow:
Project interview → Confirmation of interest → Project decision → Offer → Preparation for assignment

【Required Qualifications】 ■ At least 4 years of hands-on experience in development in Japan, primarily using Java ※ Some projects may involve PHP; however, these require a high degree of autonomy, so we ask that only those with sufficient experience apply ■ Business-level Japanese proficiency (experience communicating with clients and colleagues in Japanese) 【Preferred Qualifications】 ■ Experience in upstream processes such as requirement definition and basic design ■ Experience leading or sub-leading project teams ■ Experience working on the same project over a long period (demonstrating commitment and consistency)
