【Recruitment Background】
The company has accumulated several years of R&D in blockchain technology, and these efforts have now reached the stage of driving two major businesses. As both businesses are global products competing with companies worldwide, the company aims to scale its development organization rapidly and realize its business goals at maximum speed.

Specifically, the company is launching the following two businesses and requires the establishment of an internal security framework for these new financial ventures:

Cross-Chain Bridge: By applying world-leading technology derived from years of R&D to the cross-chain bridge sector—which already features multiple unicorn companies globally—the company is building a product that enables safe, low-cost token transfers between blockchains.

Cross-Border Remittance Infrastructure: Utilizing Stablecoins (tokens equivalent to fiat currency handled on a blockchain) for which Japan has pioneered legal enforcement, the company is building the world's first cross-border remittance infrastructure in collaboration with international organizations.

The company is seeking a key individual to become its very first security expert.

【Responsibilities】
You will be involved in a wide range of security initiatives, with a focus on information security management.
・Assessing information security risks; formulating strategies; planning, implementing, deploying, managing, and auditing security measures
・Investigating and analyzing security compliance status; identifying and resolving issues
・Managing the security organization
・Providing security training to employees; reporting on the status and making recommendations to senior management

Required Skills and Experiences

■Required Work experience related to information security management in the IT industry Understanding of information security policies, guidelines, and related regulations Experience in managing and driving initiatives from a business perspective within the field of information security Experience working with security maturity models Work experience at a consulting firm specializing in information security or within an in-house consulting department ■Preferred Experience in obtaining and implementing ISMS (ISO 27001), Privacy Mark, and similar certifications; experience as an internal auditor Experience in implementing security measures using security frameworks and knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., CIS Controls, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800 series, ISO/IEC 27001, FISC) Knowledge of security-related laws and regulations, such as the Personal Information Protection Act ■Ideal Applicants Communicate effectively with the entire company, including senior management, and conduct security awareness campaigns Analyze situations from multiple perspectives to understand the current state, and distinguish between temporary and fundamental solutions when planning and taking action Adapt flexibly to the changing dynamics of a startup environment and remain committed to achieving objectives Define what the organization currently lacks and take a proactive approach to proposing solutions
