Required Skills and Experiences
■Required Work experience related to information security management in the IT industry Understanding of information security policies, guidelines, and related regulations Experience in managing and driving initiatives from a business perspective within the field of information security Experience working with security maturity models Work experience at a consulting firm specializing in information security or within an in-house consulting department ■Preferred Experience in obtaining and implementing ISMS (ISO 27001), Privacy Mark, and similar certifications; experience as an internal auditor Experience in implementing security measures using security frameworks and knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., CIS Controls, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800 series, ISO/IEC 27001, FISC) Knowledge of security-related laws and regulations, such as the Personal Information Protection Act ■Ideal Applicants Communicate effectively with the entire company, including senior management, and conduct security awareness campaigns Analyze situations from multiple perspectives to understand the current state, and distinguish between temporary and fundamental solutions when planning and taking action Adapt flexibly to the changing dynamics of a startup environment and remain committed to achieving objectives Define what the organization currently lacks and take a proactive approach to proposing solutions
