Job Description

■ Job Overview
As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of leading stakeholders both inside and outside the company, overseeing the entire process from planning to execution of RaaS-based robotic solutions for logistics operations. You will play a crucial role in managing large-scale projects, especially for major enterprise clients.

Syrius Japan K.K. is the Japanese subsidiary of a robotics company headquartered in China. We specialize in providing integrated software and hardware solutions for logistics warehouses using Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs).

We offer safe, stable, and reliable smart warehouse solutions to businesses facing challenges in cost and operational efficiency due to the rapid growth of e-commerce. By leveraging AI and robotics, we collect and analyze large volumes of logistics data, streamlining operations across the entire supply chain—from production to delivery.

Our Syrius炬星AMR are capable of autonomous navigation in complex and dynamic environments, delivering higher performance than conventional AGVs. We provide flexible solutions for businesses facing labor shortages and seasonal demand fluctuations through a Robotics as a Service (RaaS) model.

In addition to manufacturing robots, we integrate them with WMS and analyze operational data to provide actionable insights for warehouse management.

The global demand for logistics robotics is rapidly increasing. The market, valued at USD 1.1 billion in 2017, is projected to grow to USD 7 billion by 2022.
Despite this trend, many companies are still hesitant to adopt robotics due to cost barriers. We focus on international markets to overcome these challenges and have steadily built expertise and brand value overseas.
We are now strengthening our cash flow and preparing to scale our operations from China to the global market.
