Job Description

Responsibilities
You will lead the design, construction, and operation of infrastructure for cloud products and upcoming new products. While advancing the creation of a foundation that considers availability, performance, and security, you will prepare an environment that allows the entire development team to develop smoothly, including monitoring, automation, and the maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

As this is the first SRE position, you will have significant discretion and can be involved in technology selection and architectural design. In the future, you are expected to be involved in building the organization and its systems, playing a central role in supporting reliability across multiple products.

・Frontend: React.js/Next.js (TypeScript), Vitest
・Backend: Django/FastAPI (Python), Pytest
・Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFront, etc.)
・Database: RDS (PostgreSQL), DynamoDB
・Infrastructure Configuration Management: CDK
・Monitoring: AWS Stack (CloudWatch logs, CloudWatch RUM, X-Ray, etc.)
・CI/CD: GitHub Actions
・AI: Claude Code, OpenAI
・Development Tools: GitHub, Slack, Jira, Confluence
・Equipment: Mac Book Pro provided, GitHub Copilot license granted

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】・5+ years of practical experience as a cloud infrastructure engineer ・3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating infrastructure using AWS ・Business-level Japanese proficiency 【Preferred】・Experience developing web applications (TypeScript, etc.) ・Experience using enterprise services (Azure, etc.) ・Experience designing and building logging, monitoring, and observability systems (Datadog, New Relic, etc.) ・Experience building and operating cloud infrastructure (AWS) for 1,000+ users 【Ideal Applicants】・Act independently, communicate proactively, and take responsibility for tasks ・Go beyond job boundaries, always prioritize customer and business success, and tackle challenges with passion ・Collaborate with others and work as a unified team to achieve goals
