Job Description

Collaborate with the Sales Department to understand the client’s operational challenges
Analyze and visualize customer operations to design and propose optimal AI solutions
Define requirements and create PRDs (Product Requirement Documents) for AI solution implementation
Conduct client negotiations and prepare proposal materials
Oversee project progress, coordinate schedules, and manage risks
Work closely with the development team (including engineering managers and product managers) to manage development effort and timelines
Prepare and present reports for internal and external stakeholders
Other Responsibilities
Understand existing product specifications and provide improvement suggestions
Gather business team requirements and reflect them in product development
Create and utilize business interview sheets

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 5+ years of experience in end-to-end process from client requirement gathering to proposing business improvements Experience in identifying business challenges, visualizing business processes, and proposing systems for improvement Hands-on involvement in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity through digital technologies Proven track record of accurately understanding client needs and delivering concrete solutions Project management experience including progress tracking, risk management, and stakeholder coordination Experience in requirements definition and specification alignment between development teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution Strong ability to engage internal and external stakeholders and drive project success Proven success in building trust with clients and executive stakeholders through direct communication and negotiation Japanese: Fluent — capable of participating in discussions without misunderstandings in product development and client interactions 【Preferred】 Consulting experience with a strategic perspective Experience negotiating and communicating with executive-level stakeholders and senior management Development experience using Python or JavaScript, or knowledge in the field of AI MBA degree or equivalent business skills English: Business level
