■ Business Overview
We provide a CMS that allows Japanese small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and sole proprietors to easily and conveniently create websites as marketing tools and handle payments.


■ Position Overview
This is a leadership role responsible for driving development initiatives with a high degree of autonomy, while guiding the engineering organization.

■ Key Responsibilities
　- Full-cycle development including requirement definition, design, implementation, and source code reviews
　- Project management such as planning, execution, and Scrum Master responsibilities
　- Participation in hiring activities when necessary
　- Team structuring and team management for each project
　- Reporting to internal stakeholders including company-wide meetings and executive board sessions


■ Development Environment
　- Languages/Frameworks: Ruby on Rails, CakePHP, Django, Vue, Nuxt, Apollo Server, Flutter
　- Infrastructure: AWS, Heroku, Terraform
　- Tools: GitHub, CircleCI, Docker, Slack


■ Projects

・Feature Development Projects
 Examples: App functionality development, user-facing interface implementation
・Special Development Projects
 Examples: System renewal or modernization of legacy projects

Typically composed of 5 development members plus local team members.

Working Condition

■ Contract Terms
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (no fixed term)
- Probation Period: 3 months


■ Compensation
Monthly Salary: ¥420,000 – ¥750,000
 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
 (Salary reviews conducted every 6 months based on individual performance)

Breakdown:
　- Base Salary: Approximately ¥270,000 – ¥520,000
　- Life Plan Allowance: ¥50,000
　- Fixed Overtime Pay: Approximately ¥100,000 – ¥180,000
 (Includes 40 hours of deemed overtime)
 Additional payment will be made for any hours exceeding the fixed amount.

Sumitomo Fudosan Ueno Okachimachi Building 8F, 3-7-1 Motoasakusa, Taito-ku, Tokyo 111-0041, Japan

≪Work style≫
Work Style:
Hybrid work environment (remote and in-office)
　- Current standard: 2–4 office days per month; otherwise remote work
　- Attendance is required for monthly department meetings and quarterly all-hands meetings


■ Working hours
　- Flexible Working Hours: No core time (full-flex system, excluding 10:00 PM–5:00 AM)
　- Work hours can be freely set by each employee, including mid-day breaks.
　- Daily working hours are left to the discretion of the individual.


■ Holidays & Leave
　- Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
　- Bereavement leave, annual paid leave (granted on a pro-rated basis according to the month of joining), and year-end/New Year holidays
　- All My Day Leave: A special paid leave granted separately from annual leave (5 days granted every October 1, valid for one year)
