We provide a CMS that allows Japanese small and medium-sized businesses and sole proprietors to conveniently and easily create and settle their website as a marketing tool for their company.


■ Job Description
This is a leadership position to lead the development organization and is responsible for promoting business with discretion.
English may be used in communication with the local subsidiary in Vietnam.


■ Job Details 
・Development (from upstream to downstream, including requirement definition, design, development, and source code review)
・Project management (PJ planning, PJ promotion, scrum master)
・Commitment to recruiting human resources as needed.
・Team organization of development teams and team management in projects
・Reporting to the company's stakeholders, including the entire community and the board of directors, as appropriate.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Requirements 　- Experience in web service development and source code review as an engineer 　- Ability to lead projects from upstream processes and manage overall team operations 　- Hands-on experience with Scrum development 　- Professional experience using the Japanese language ■ Preferred Qualifications 　- Development experience with Ruby on Rails, CakePHP, Vue.js, or Nuxt.js 　- Project management experience with development teams of 10 or more members 　- Experience in stakeholder alignment at the requirements definition stage 　- Experience managing offshore development projects 　- Professional experience using the English language ■ Personal Attributes 　- A results-oriented mindset with a professional approach to work 　- Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, with a proactive attitude toward maintaining psychological safety 　- A user-driven development mindset, actively participating in user interviews 　- Willingness to stay flexible and adapt to new technologies as needed, without being tied to specific tools or frameworks 　- A proactive attitude toward addressing technical debt and driving continuous improvement

Working Condition

■ Contract Terms
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (no fixed term)
- Probation Period: 3 months


■ Compensation
Monthly Salary: ¥420,000 – ¥750,000
 (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
 (Salary reviews conducted every 6 months based on individual performance)

Breakdown:
　- Base Salary: Approximately ¥270,000 – ¥520,000
　- Life Plan Allowance: ¥50,000
　- Fixed Overtime Pay: Approximately ¥100,000 – ¥180,000
 (Includes 40 hours of deemed overtime)
 Additional payment will be made for any hours exceeding the fixed amount.

≪Work style≫
Work Style:
Hybrid work environment (remote and in-office)
　- Current standard: 2–4 office days per month; otherwise remote work
　- Attendance is required for monthly department meetings and quarterly all-hands meetings


■ Working hours
　- Flexible Working Hours: No core time (full-flex system, excluding 10:00 PM–5:00 AM)
　- Work hours can be freely set by each employee, including mid-day breaks.
　- Daily working hours are left to the discretion of the individual.


■ Holidays & Leave
　- Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
　- Bereavement leave, annual paid leave (granted on a pro-rated basis according to the month of joining), and year-end/New Year holidays
　- All My Day Leave: A special paid leave granted separately from annual leave (5 days granted every October 1, valid for one year)
