You will have the opportunity to be involved in various projects such as system design and development for manufacturing customers, and planning, proposal, design, and development for website construction.
You will work to realize customer requirements while communicating with senior staff.

This role involves acting as a System Engineer who resolves a wide range of IT-related issues for our clients. You'll provide support for diverse IT environments, including networks, PCs, and internal systems.

We're looking for someone who can offer opinions and proposals from a broad perspective, focusing on areas like improving operational efficiency and optimizing IT environments. This isn't just about following instructions; it's a position where your ideas are valued, and you're encouraged to actively make proposals.

Designing new systems and coordinating and communicating with external engineers when introducing new systems

■ Number of foreign nationals enrolled
There are 23 foreign nationals (69 total employees) working at the Hamamatsu Center.

Japanese only

■ Evaluation System
The system is implemented once a year.

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required: Development skills Experience in system development is preferred ■ Required Requirements: Software Skills Japanese level: N1 or equivalent Programming experience in Japan: 2 years or more, any language ■ Welcome requirements Web application development Development of open core business systems Database development language (JAVA, C#, PHP, Python, etc.) DB design and construction (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, etc.)

380,000 yen to 500,000 yen
