■Department Overview
The ID Governance Office is a newly established organization as of October 2023. It is a team responsible for the development and operation of the company’s internal ID infrastructure and related systems, including internal ID management, access rights management, authentication/authorization, and federation.

As the company's group continues to expand its services and products, the number of employees is also growing. At the same time, work styles such as remote work are becoming more flexible. In this environment, strengthening the security level of ID management has become essential.

The ID Governance Office was newly launched in October 2023 with the mission to fundamentally revamp existing systems in order to maximize the productivity and safety of the group over the next 20 years. The goal is to enhance the security level of ID management for thousands of employees across the organization and to reinforce the foundation for more efficient business operations.

With the growing importance of operational efficiency and security enhancement, the adoption of new technologies and project leadership by highly skilled engineers is critical. The Group IT Strategy Division is an engineer-driven organization where individual engineers have opportunities to lead large-scale projects as project managers. ■Responsibilities
To strengthen the ID infrastructure supporting the company, you will be responsible for the development and operation of related system platforms in collaboration with team members and other departments.

Specifically:
・Promote business process improvements to streamline ID management, access rights management, authentication/authorization, and federation.
・Operate and develop additional features for internal ID infrastructure (web applications).
・Collect internal data and develop new features leveraging data to accelerate business process DX.

Main Technologies, Development Environment, and Tools:
Go / Java / AWS / GCP / gRPC / GitHub / Slack / Notion, etc.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 3+ years of hands-on development experience using React Development experience using Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks Ability to continuously improve the development environment, including TypeScript configuration and the introduction of linters (eslint, prettier, etc.) 【Preferred】 Experience with CI and test automation Experience in server-side development or infrastructure development (AWS, GCP, Varnish, Fastly) Broad understanding of quality aspects such as performance, accessibility, security, and SEO Background as a designer capable of building UI/UX, with a strong interest in front-end development
