This position plays a key role across a broad range—from UX design to frontend architecture—to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences.

The successful candidate will join the Business Development Division and contribute to both new and existing product initiatives across departments.


■ Key Responsibilities
・Lead technology selection and architectural design to support a fast-growing product and organization
・Develop and maintain scalable and sustainable frontend applications
・Define technical strategies aligned with business goals and provide leadership to the development team
・Drive rapid improvement and testing of product features based on data-driven decision-making
・Design and implement frontend architecture and reusable UI components
・Collaborate with the design team to enhance the overall UI/UX
・Research, evaluate, and select frameworks, libraries, and middleware

Required Skills and Experiences

■ Required Skills ・3+ years of professional experience in back-end and front-end development for web applications ・Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js ・Experience in designing and implementing reusable UI components ・Proven track record in technical decision-making related to architecture design, technology selection, and frontend service planning ・This position is for individuals residing in or near Tokyo. ■ Preferred Skills ・Proficiency in Japanese communication (JLPT N2 or above preferred) ・Practical experience in the development and maintenance of large-scale frontend applications ・In-depth knowledge of modern web development practices ・Skills in designing and implementing responsive and accessible user interfaces ・Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand ・Experience integrating APIs using REST or GraphQL ・Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code with a focus on scalability ・Knowledge of performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility ・Experience conducting user research or validating UX hypotheses ・Basic understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js ・Experience building or working with Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures using GraphQL or Apollo ・Understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering), CSR (Client-Side Rendering), SSG (Static Site Generation), AMP, and PWA, including performance tuning ・Familiarity with design systems, testing strategies, and software architecture principles (OOP, functional programming, DDD, clean architecture) ■ Ideal Candidate Profile ・Enjoys collaborating within a team to build and deliver solutions ・Maintains a positive and proactive attitude, even when facing challenging tasks ・Comfortable adopting and experimenting with new tools and systems ・Adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing environment

Working Condition

■ Salary
Annual salary: ¥4,000,000 – ¥6,000,000
Includes a six-month probationary period. No changes to employment conditions during this period.
Payment method: Annual salary paid in 12 equal monthly installments

Monthly salary: ¥333,400 – ¥500,000
(Includes fixed late-night allowance of ¥63,400 – ¥95,000. Additional overtime will be compensated separately.)

Scope of work location may include company headquarters, branch offices across Japan, or remote work from employee’s home.
