This time, the company is looking for new members to further strengthen the planning and provision of these new solutions.

【Responsibilities】
[Position Overview]
This position, based in the company’s business development division, is responsible for planning solutions to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, as well as for conducting data analysis and providing consulting services. Leveraging the company’s extensive data assets—including consumer perception and purchase data—as well as marketing data from client companies, the mission of this role is to solve increasingly complex marketing challenges, thereby contributing to the growth of client businesses and the advancement of the industry as a whole.

[Your Role]
You will be responsible for promoting projects to support the business growth of client companies by analyzing the results and factors behind the results of various marketing initiatives, including advertising and promotional activities.
Specifically, you will be responsible for designing analysis projects based on marketing strategies and issues, verifying effectiveness based on data, and reporting. Depending on the project, you may also be involved in quantitative analysis and ROI improvement support using marketing mix modeling (MMM) to improve marketing strategies.

As a member of the planning team, you will also be responsible for the following tasks
1.Research on marketing science (statistical analysis, open source code, etc.)
2. New solution design and product planning
3. Prototype creation and evaluation (execution of case studies and pilot projects)
4. Evaluation and improvement of product concepts and analysis methods
5. Product marketing activities inside and outside the company (article contributions, seminar appearances, etc.)

【About the Department】
The department to which you will be assigned is the Intelligence Team, which is responsible for marketing data analysis and the planning and development of new products.
The department has about 30 members (product managers, marketing data analysts, engineers, etc.), who work as a team to promote a wide range of projects.
As a marketing data analyst, you will be involved in solving client company issues and promoting business expansion through the use of data, while actively collaborating with other departments.

Required Skills and Experiences

【Required】 Experience in data analysis for the purpose of problem solving in marketing (2+ years) Experience in data management, including data extraction, processing, and tabulation Experience in analytical work using programming languages such as R and Python Skills in preparing reporting materials for clients (documentation skills) Ability to communicate smoothly with clients and internal stakeholders 【Preferred】 Expertise in marketing science and statistical analysis (e.g., causal inference, sample survey theory, econometrics, cognitive psychology, etc.) Experience with marketing data analysis projects, including ad effectiveness measurement and MMM Knowledge of marketing management (PDCA cycle and measure evaluation) 【Ideal Applicants】 Able to proactively grasp issues and take action on one's own initiative Enjoys proactively communicating one's ideas and deriving better solutions through active exchange of opinions with the team Has a strong interest in marketing, consumer behavior, and consumer psychology analysis, and would like to enhance one's expertise Willing to take on the challenges of new business and product development, and to broaden the scope of one's skills and career.
